30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include its original packaging when applicable.

To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@thecoralreefcrew.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by Coral Reef Crew or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@thecoralreefcrew.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging when possible.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error on our part, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact info@thecoralreefcrew.com within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange availability is subject to current inventory.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Digital products, downloadable products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law.

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Sets

Reading Buddy Gift Sets and other gift sets should be returned with all products originally included in the set in order to receive a full refund.

If only part of a gift set is returned, any refund will be based on the value of the eligible returned items and applicable promotional pricing.
